Motion Heal Guide is an evidence-based resource for people dealing with chronic pain, postural problems, and movement limitations. Every guide on this site is written by Alex Pru, a manual therapy specialist with a background in biomechanics, Korean manual therapy, and chuna (spinal manipulation).
Over the past decade, Alex has worked with hundreds of clients dealing with conditions ranging from chronic lower back pain and cervical disc issues to postural dysfunction and sports injuries.
Everything published here is based on current clinical evidence and practical experience. No miracle cures, no supplements — just clear, actionable information that works.

My Story
I started Motion Heal Guide after seeing the same pattern repeat itself with client after client: people spending months — sometimes years — in pain, trying treatments that gave temporary relief but never addressed the root cause.
The missing piece was almost always education. When people understood why their body was hurting and what specific movements were contributing to the problem, they recovered faster and more completely.
This site is my way of sharing that knowledge more broadly.
